Order execution

Orders are typically handled within 40 business hours after payment is received unless alternative arrangements are made.

Clients are eligible for a full refund if processing does not begin within this timeframe.

Deadlines are determined before payment and remain fixed. If no deadline is set at the time of payment, talentfind.net reserves the right to establish deadlines based on industry standards and internal policies, notifying the client via email.

If the client does not respond to the confirmation email within 48 hours, talentfind.net will consider the conditions outlined in the email as accepted.

If the client cancels an order that is already in progress, talentfind.net will retain up to 50% of the payment.

The completed order will be delivered using the method agreed upon by both parties.

There are 24 hours to review the delivered order and request revisions. Note that the order will be marked as complete and finalized if the client does not provide feedback or request changes within this time frame. Any additional changes after this point

If the client does not provide any feedback or request changes within the specified time frame, the order will be considered complete and finalized. Any additional changes after this point must be paid separately.

Note: Clients can secure priority access to a selected specialist by making a partial payment if the specialist is temporarily unavailable due to prior commitments.
