Refund policy

At TalentFind, we strive to provide timely and satisfactory services to our clients. In the event of any issues with order fulfillment, the following refund policy applies:

1. Order delays. If TalentFind delays the order for more than 40 business hours, the client may request a full refund.

2. Non-confirmation by client. If the client does not confirm the order within 40 business hours after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Failure to complete the order. If the order is not completed by the mutually agreed deadline without valid reasons, the client may request a full refund. If the client does not accept the proposed extension terms, the following conditions apply:

a. A full refund will be issued if the delay is internal (due to TalentFind’s fault).

b. A partial refund will be issued if the delay is caused by external factors beyond TalentFind’s control.

4. Cancellation after work has started. If the client decides to cancel the order after work has started, TalentFind reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the original payment.

5. Cancellation after specialist hire. If the client opts to cancel the order after a specialist has been hired, a full refund will be provided.
