- Impersonates any individual or organization, whether real or fictitious, including pretending to be an TalentFind employee or consultant;
- Links to or includes descriptions of products or services that: (i) violate this Agreement, (ii) you are not authorized to link to or include;
- Contains content you are legally, contractually, or fiduciarily prohibited from disclosing (such as insider information or confidential data);
- Encourages or incites others to engage in illegal activity or harm persons or property.
On TalentFind, users are free to upload and share information they deem appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of all submissions, as we do not monitor or verify each one. If we determine that a user has violated these Terms, we reserve the right to take action, but we are not obligated to restrict or ban access to talentfind.net. Furthermore, TalentFind reserves the right to delete, modify, or transfer any user submissions for any reason, including legal considerations.

The rest of the Agreement will remain valid and enforceable. If either party fails to exercise their rights or enforce any part of this Agreement, it does not waive their right to do so in the future.
This Agreement replaces all previous discussions or agreements on this matter and represents the complete understanding between the parties.
